Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2-7 days
Shipping time: 7-15 days

Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

At DiamondShopUSA, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy section is designed to guide you on the steps to take if you decide to return an item or exchange it for something else. We believe that a clear and fair return policy is crucial in building trust and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Please note that products that are received by DiamondShop USA in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and will be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from DiamondShop USA.

  • Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.

  • Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.

  • Any product that is received outside of 14 days from when your return was approved

 

Return Processing Time

 

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.

Cancellation

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@diamondshopusa.com.
